Singapore Launches Cardiovascular disease prevention program

In combination with World Center Day on September. 29, Singapore released its first heart related illnesses protection system.

The Cardiatrics system is said to be extensive and medically motivated with a focus on wellness training and creating lasting behavior change. Its four-month course provides greater threat people treat and reverse diabetes, high blood pressure, being overweight and high-cholesterol to prevent heart related illnesses.

"It considers an individual's medical goals, lifestyle choices and ecological situation," said cardiologist and primary medical officer Chris Ting. “At the end of this method, people can see a medical improvement in their chance of heart related illnesses and better managed serious conditions.”

The system also is designed to “make a fundamental change in the healthcare system of today” by avoiding illnesses before they occur, as well as helping reduce heart related illnesses, which is among the main causes of death globally.

Among them included in the Cardiatrics are designed exercises, recommended nutrition, stress control, sleep and moisture control and quitting smoking, in which people will be combined with a team of doctors made up of doctors, fitness instructors, specialists, dietitians and wellness instructors.

In addition to the above mentioned actions and face-to-face assessment, this method also provides a mobile application that enables users to do tracking as well as get daily advice.

The lead system currently occurs in the Hd Street Cancer and Center Center at Gleneagles Medical center in Singapore. If successful, it plans to flourish its services in the future.
